Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. Orders are dispatched from our US location in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes approximately 3–7 business days.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout — or within 30 days if no time was stated — we will contact you with a revised date and you may cancel for a prompt full refund.

The exact shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. Creating a label is not the same as shipping; the dispatch date is when the carrier takes possession.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Sales tax

Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
